Production and Shipping
Production timeAll of our products are made to order. Standard fabrication time of most items is 2-3 weeks after the order is placed, and does not include shipping time. You may request to expedite the order for an up charge.
Shipment processing timeAll orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after fabrication is complete. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimatesShipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment confirmation & order trackingYou will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, duties and taxesIrongate is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
DamagesIrongate is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
WARRANTY & RETURNS
Custom item returnsIf an item was ordered with a customization, i.e. house numbers, special dimensions, or letters, it cannot be returned for reasons other than warranty issues.
General returnsItems that are not customized can be returned within 15 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The product cannot have obvious wear and tear, rust, or scratches. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, this can take up to 30 days depending on item condition and banking institution.

WARRANTYIrongate stands behind our products. All products purchased on irongatemfg.com come with a warranty that covers quality workmanship, materials, and defects in production for a period of 1 year from the original date of purchase.
